The Knesset has approved final readings of the so-called City of David Law, which was raised by Member of Knesset Nurit Koren (Likud).
This is an amendment to the National Parks Law to regulate cases in which at the time of the declaration of a national park there was already a residential neighborhood. Until the passage of the amendment the situation was that in such a neighborhood there was no possibility of further development.
