'Israeli art has an obligation to be impertinent'

President Reuven Rivlin and his wife Nechama on Sunday attended the “Made in Israel” event this evening to mark 70 years of Israeli creativity at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.

The evening’s event included an installation, performance and an exhibition of Israeli works of art from the collections of the museum to celebrate Israel’s 70th anniversary. Mayor of Tel Aviv-Jaffa Ron Huldai and the director of the museum, Suzanne Landau, also spoke at the event.
