Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu responded to Minister Tzachi Hanegbi's remarks, which implied that Tel Aviv residents are more important than residents of the south.
"This morning I heard an outrageous statement, and even though an apology came after it, I have to put it exactly," Netanyahu said.
"The law in Sderot is the same law in Tel Aviv, the Security of Southern residents is just as important as the security of the rest of the country. We need patience, patience, and determination." He added.
