The New York Post reported that three people Raul Pedraza, Oscar Martinez and Antonio Hernandez filed a discrimination lawsuit with the Supreme Court of the State of New York against B&H which is famous in New York for being an Orthodox Jewish run photography store.

The Lawsuit alleges that the company discriminated "through pervasive intimidation, ridicule, and disparate treatment" and that it "hired Mexican immigrants for the purpose of exploiting them." The three are demanding $200,000 in damages.

Later reports indicated that a settlement was reached by the two parties.
