In a post on Twitter, Leader of the Opposition Tzipi Livni (Zionist Union) attacked the Justice Minister over her recent bout with the Attorney General's office over the controversial statement of Dina Zilber, writing:
"The control of the Justice Minister on the institution of the Attorney General is destroying democracy in Israel. The Attorney General must block the unrestrained rampage and maintain his office's independence."
