An indictment will be filed today against the driver of the vehicle who was involved in the October 30th accident on Highway 90 in the Dead Sea area which took the lives of eight members of the Atar family from Psagot.
The police said, this morning, that their investigation their investigation indicated the accident was the result of an unsafe attempt to pass another vehicle. They said drivers must be absolutely sure that there is no danger from oncoming traffic when attempting to pass another vehicle.
