Outgoing Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat spoke on the phone with Moshe Lion and congratulated him on his victory.
"I wish you and Jerusalem great success, I will assist in everything necessary for a smooth and rapid entry into the job and to maintain the momentum of our Jerusalem as the home of all sectors," said Barkat.
