The ground forces commander, Major General Kobi Barak, appointed an investigation team to examine the conduct of the forces in the anti-tank fire incident in which an IDF soldier was injured at the "Black Arrow" monument.
The team will be led by the Commander of the Border Protection Division, Brig. Gen. Amir Avstein.
