Route 356 is blocked in both directions near the Zif Junction in the Hevron Hills due to an accident between an Israeli vehicle and a Palestinian Authority vehicle.
An Israeli was evacuated in moderate condition while four occupants of the PA vehicle were treated at the scene by the Red Crescent. The case is under investigation.
