The joint operations room of Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza is placing the responsibility on Israel for what it defines as "aggression against Gaza's residents and its consequences."
In a statement issued by the Joint Operations Unit after the rocket attack on Israel, it was said that the move was intended to "protect the Palestinian people."
