Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said, Sunday that the Protective Edge counterterror campaign of 2014 prevented Hamas from striking Israel with an attack.
He was responding to a question at a Paris news conference if the campaign was needed or not, given his response to a previous question that he was trying to avoid a needless war.
