France says it won't honor Marshall Petain

CNN reported that following criticism of French President Emmanuel Macron for saying Marshal Philippe Pétain should be honored as a war hero for his service in WW1, The French Government has said that it will not honor the controversial head of the Nazi collorabationist government during WW2.
