Attorney David Shimron has rejected the police's recommendation to indict him in Case 3000, which alleges improprieties in Israel's purchase of three submarines from German company Thyssenkrupp, which he represented in Israel.
Shimron told Channel 2 News that since he had not committed any offense, he believes that the State Prosecutor's Office will close the case.
