A series of ultra-Orthodox rabbis, including the head of the ultra-Orthodox community, Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch, signed a letter calling on the ultra-Orthodox community to immediately vaccinate against measles.
The letter, which was initiated and organized by Dr. Menachem Breyer, deputy director of the medical center at Me'ayani HaYeshua, noted that "anyone who does not get vaccinated is guilty of "spilling blood".
