The Movement for Quality Government has sent an urgent letter to the chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces in which it claims that there is a serious fear that the IDF will not allow soldiers to exercise their right to vote in the local elections.
The movement notes that in the past few days the movement has received many complaints from soldiers and their parents that commanders are telling their soldiers that they will not be able to exercise their right to vote in the runoff elections because they claim that there is no such duty since the law that regulates military voting relates only to the first round elections.
