Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu flew to Bulgaria Thursday to participate in the Craiova Forum, which brings together several European countries. He is scheduled to meet with the prime ministers of Bulgaria, Greece and Romania and the president of Serbia.

Before taking off, Netanyahu made it clear that this was an attempt to change the patterns of anti-Israeli behavior in the European Union. He said, "This is a process that will take time, but I believe in setting a goal and systematically striving for it, and I believe that this too will be achieved over time. This is important for the State of Israel, whose status is rising in the world."
