Chairman Robert Ilatov of the Yisrael Beytenu Knesset faction has congratulated Brazil's new president-elect, Jair (Yair) Bolsonaro, calling Bolsonaro's election "a huge victory for Brazil and a huge victory for Israel."
Ilatov said, "This is a true friend of the State of Israel and of the entire Jewish world. I am certain that together with President Bolsonaro, Brazil and the State of Israel will march forward towards a bright future and open their relations in an unprecedented manner."
