Dozens of employees of the Har Tuv Cement factory in Beit Shemesh demonstrated Monday morning at the entrance to the government compound in Jerusalem, before the deliberations of the Advisory Committee on dumping prices in the cement market.

The plant warned that the dumping prices offered by Turkish cement makers threaten to close the plant, which employs more than 120 workers, after the factory succeeded in lowering cement prices in Israel since its sale. The plant's workers, most of whom live in the Beit Shemesh area, declared that the protest activities will continue until the ministers approve the cancellation of dumping prices.
