State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan has informed Attorney Effi Naveh, the chairman of the Israel Bar Association, that the State Prosecutor's Office is considering bringing him to trial, subject to a hearing, in connection with offenses of conspiracy to commit a felony, exiting Israel and illegally entering Israel as part of a group, and receiving fraudulently as part of a group.
