The Advisory Committee for Appointments to Senior Positions has received the recommendation by Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman of Major General Aviv Kochavi for the position of Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, and Kochavi's resume and questionnaire as part of the process for making its recommendation to the cabinet on the nomination.
The committee announced that any person who has facts that, in his opinion, may assist in examining the committee, is invited to contact the committee by Tuesday.
