US President Donald Trump on Saturday night ordered American flags to be flown at half-staff on all federal buildings nationwide "as a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence perpetrated at The Tree of Life Synagogue" in Pittsburgh.
The order will be in effect until sunset on October 31.
