Investigators have concluded that white powder found with a suspicious device this week is "not biological", New York City Police Commissioner James O'Neill told reporters in a news conference on Thursday.
O’Neill added, however, that the explosive devices that were sent this week to political nemesis of President Donald Trump are "something that should be taken seriously."
