The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of Khaled Kutina, the terrorist who carried out the 2015 ramming attack in which Shalom Yochai Sherki was murdered and his girlfriend Shira Klein was wounded, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
The punishment remains life imprisonment and another 20 years.
