Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman congratulated Israel Aircraft Industries for inking a massive deal to supply 'Barak 8' surface to air missiles to India.
"Congratulations to Israel Aircraft Industries and the defense establishment on the huge deal for the sale of Barak 8 to India," Liberman tweeted. "This is another proof that security is an investment and not an expense."
