In a post on Twitter, Deputy Minister Michael Oren downplayed the French threat to publish a peace plan, writing:
"French Pres. Macron, with no credibility in the Israeli public and little among Arabs after he supported the Iran deal, threatens to publish a peace plan. Like all previous French initiatives, it will fail. Better to express French support for the Trump plan."
