Dichter: Abbas the only way to prevent law is to stop funding terror

In A post on Twitter, MK Avi Dichter wrote:

"The President of the Palestinian Authority better realize that Israel is a democratic state and that the law to deduct terror payments from the PA passed the Knesset with a massive majority of 85 MK's. This is a law to fight terror and those who provide support for terrorists. The only way for Abbas to prevent the activation of the law is to stop paying terrorists' salaries!"
