In a speech at the Knesset MK Yehuda Glick (Likud) called on the Prime Minister to expel the Waqf (Islamic trust) from Temple Mount in response to the Jordanians announcement that hey will not renew leases as part of the Jordanian- Israeli peace treaty.
"If Jordan asks to exercise its interests in the Nahariya, I call upon the Prime Minister to act on our interests and show the Waqf the way home to Amman and to apply the full Israeli sovereignty in the holy place of the Temple Mount, he said.
