Minister of the Interior and Shas Party Chairman Deri acted on Tuesday to transfer his powers regarding the possibility of postponing the elections in a city to Minister Tzachi Hanegbi of the Likud.
The move relates to the election date in Elad, where Shas candidate Yitzhak Pindrus has been disqualified.
