The police have arrested four suspects and detained three others for questioning on suspicion of negligent handling of drugs, conspiring to commit a crime, breaching the Trade Marks Ordinance and receiving things fraudulently.
One of the detainees is suspected of producing a growth hormone without being trained to do so, in order to market it to athletes who do not have a prescription.
