Hurricane Willa strengthens to a Category 4 hurricane

Hurricane Willa, which is headed towards Mexico, strengthened on Sunday night to a major Category 4 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 145 mph.

The National Hurricane Center said the hurricane could make landfall in Mexico by Tuesday.
