The Supreme Court will hold a hearing on Monday regarding the disqualification of Einat Kalish Rotem as candidate for mayor of Haifa, according to Channel 10 Television.
Kalish Rotem was disqualified because the Labor Party went through the same attorney as another Labor candidate to process her candidacy. The Kalish Rotem camp said, "We believe that one does not disqualify a public figure with tens of thousands of people behind her on a technicality."
