Moshe Ben Ivgi, one of the murderers of taxi driver Derek Roth in 1994, has been released from Rimon prison after serving 16 years in prison, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
Ben Ivgi, who was only 14 years old at the time of the murder, fled to Argentina in 2004 while on vacation from prison and was extradited to Israel nine years later.
