US places bounty on Al-Qaeda head who called for attacking Jews

AFP reported that the US has placed a $5million bounty for any information leading to the capture of Al-Qaeda leader Khalid Batarfi, who urged worldwide attacks on Jews and Americans after Washington recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
