The Ministry of Transportation said, Thursday afternoon, that that any attempt to link its activity to the collision between a bus and a car that took three lives and injured 14 near the Dead Sea "is cynical and baseless."
The ministry said, "The segment of road on which the accident took place is not part of the Arava road to Eilat, which is also being treated and gradually repaved." The ministry is joining police in investigating the accident.
