The IDF posted leaflets Wednesday evening in the Shweika neighborhood of the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Tulkarm, warning residents of the area not to help the terrorist Ashraf Na'alwa, who carried out the recent murder of two Israelis in Barkan, according to Walla!.
The leaflets read, "Anyone who helps wanted person Ashraf Nalwah will be subject to legal consequences such as a long prison sentence, destruction of his home and cancellation of all permits for him and his family. We will not hesitate to punish anyone who gives the wanted person help."
