Transportation and Intelligence Minister Yisrael Katz (Likud) on Tuesday evening slammed opposition MKs over their criticism of the premature opening of the train route to Jerusalem.
"Instead of rejoicing over the great news of the start of the operation of the historic train route to Jerusalem, they lead fake politically-motivated emergency talks and are looking for headlines," Katz wrote in a post on Facebook.
The minister added, "Yes, it hurts - obviously, to those who promised for decades and did nothing, to those who said that the tunnels would collapse and thus fabricated false visions, and to those who have an narrow oppositional view instead of looking at the good of the country."
