The police have announced that there is no infrastructure of evidence to charge Chairman Shimon Sussan of the Modiin Regional Council and Deputy Chairman Yaakov Atia on suspicion of public corruption and integrity offenses.
In one of the cases, which dealt with the suspicion of embezzlement of the funds of the sports association, the police said there was a case against two other suspects. The investigation file will be forwarded to the State Attorney's Office for review and a decision on whether or not to prosecute.
