Turkish police left the Saudi consulate in Istanbul early Tuesday morning after searching the compound as part of the investigation into the disappearance of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
A report on CNN on Monday indicated that the Saudis will acknowledge Khashoggi's death was the result of an interrogation that went wrong, though that report has yet to be confirmed.
