The police have completed their investigation into suspicions of improprieties in Israel's purchase of three submarines from German company Thyssenkrupp - and the case will soon be transferred to the State Prosecutor's Office with recommendations for indictments against the main suspects, according to News 2.
Among those suspects is attornery David Shimron, a former attorney for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who represented Thyssenkrupp in Israel. Others held senior positions. Not being prosecuted will be former senior advisor to the prime minister Yitzhak Molcho.
