Attorney-General Jeff Sessions of the United States announced on Monday that five terrorist organizations, including Hezbollah, would be designated as international criminal organizations.
The significance of the move is that, beyond the monitoring of Hezbollah as a functioning terrorist organization, the administration also places high priority on law enforcement agencies in dealing with the criminal activity of the organization.
