Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein opened the winter session of the Knesset by saying election considerations will not dictate the Knesset's conduct just because it's the last winter session of the 20th Knesset.
Edelstein called on the Knesset to act on behalf of the public and said the Ethics Committee will enforce Knesset discipline.
