North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has refused to provide US Secretary of State Mike Pompao with a list of his country's nuclear sites, Russian news agency Sputnik reported.
According to the report, Kim demanded that first of all a joint declaration ending the Korean War, which took place between 1950 and 1953, be signed.
