IDF: One interceptor launched following a false identification

The Israel Defense Forces said, Thursday morning, "Following the previous statement regarding sirens sounded in southern Israel, the IDF's Iron Dome aerial defense system launched one interceptor following a false identification. No launches were identified from the Gaza Strip at Israeli territory."
