Jerusalem Affairs Minister MK Ze'ev Elkin warns that Israel's deterrence with Hamas may not last forever.
"Since Operation Protective, Hamas has been deterred and fears a return to the reality of a confrontation ... I can not say it will work for long - they have additional considerations," Elkin said.
