Member of Knesset Michal Rozin (Meretz) will submit a party bill to repeal the law to commemorate Rechavam Ze'evi (Gandhi) who was murdered by terrorists in Jerusalem while serving as Tourism Minister and MK.
Rozin said, "As representatives (both genders) of the public, we must take ethical and moral responsibility and convey a clear public message: a racist transfer legacy, dubious connections with the underworld and harm to women are not worthy of commemoration, certainly not for government investment of millions of shekels. It is not possible that in schools they will study only one biased side, without criticism or presenting the full picture."
