New Bank of Israel governor expected to be named this afternoon

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon are expected to announce the appointment of a new governor to the Bank of Israel this afternoon to succeed outgoing Governor Karnit Flug.
