BBC News reported that Ukraine has ordered a Hungarian consul to leave within three days after a video emerged of the consul issuing Hungarian passports in western Ukraine.
In the footage, the recipients are asked to keep this secret. Ukraine does not allow dual citizenship.
In response, Hungary said it would expel a Ukrainian Ambassador.
