Police arrested driver who was recorded dragging a donkey tied to car

Police arrested a 42-year-old man, a Rishon Lezion resident, who was documented dragging a donkey tied to his car.

The man was questioned on suspicion of animal abuse, and at the end of the interrogation, he was released to a four-day house arrest.
