Colonel (res) Erez Wiener has been promoted to Brigadier General

Brig. Gen. (res.) Erez Wiener, former assistant to Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi, was promoted to the rank of brigadier general in reserve. Wiener serves as the head of the operational planning team of the Southern Command.
