The State Comptroller, retired judge Yosef Shapira, instructed the government to submit to him the findings of Maj. Gen. (res.) Avi Mizrahi and IDF Comptroller Brigadier General (Res.) Ilan Harari, who was appointed by the Chief of Staff to examine the claims made by Brigadier General Yitzhak Barak.
Accordingly, the State Comptroller shall decide on the manner of action in this matter.
